Currently Dungannon Foot Clinic is able to offer appointments to patients who meet criteria set out by our professional body.

All patients will be triaged by telephone.

⛔️Due to social distancing there will be no waiting room areas on either the ground or first floor.⛔️
❗️Please attend your appointment alone or if required with one carer only. ❗️🚷No walk-ins All appointments are to be made by telephone. 📞

You must arrive on time for your allocated appointment.  If you arrive late we may not be able to offer you an appointment.

Please knock the front door and wait for attention.

Please attend on your own for your appointment.  Friend/ Family members will not be allowed to accompany you into the building.

Following your treatment you will be asked to exit through the front door.  We advise you to have transport arranged as we will not be able to call a taxi or permit you to remain in the building to wait for your appointment.

Please be advised we are unable to offer bathroom facilities at this time.

Please wipe your feet on the mat before entering the building.

Please sanitise your hands on entering the clinic, this also applies if you are wearing gloves.

Proceed to the treatment room and follow your podiatrist’s instructions.

Following treatment please proceed to the exit.

Review appointments will be pre-arranged over the phone prior to your appointment.

We appreciate your compliance and understanding in adapting to the new procedures in place as a result of the current pandemic.
